Poppy Series
Inspired by the spring peonies and summer poppies that grow along my
driveway, my sketches and paintings eventually end up in some form on porcelain vessels!
This series includes an expanding palette of colorful
glazes and poppies in oranges, lavenders, pinks, yellows, greens etc.
Floral images and forms reference realism leading into the beauty of abstraction.
